I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and easily accessible by different modes of transportation. The staff was helpful and provided great service. Also, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided by the hotel.

This hotel is really close to my home, so it was very convenient for me to stay. Despite the first room I was given, the second room was really cozy and comfortable. Plus, the staff was really helpful and friendly when I complained about the geyser not working. I particularly loved the view from my room which was breathtaking. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.
I did notice that the hotel's overall condition needs some improvement.

The location of the hotel was convenient for our New Year's celebration plans. the staff was courteous and always greeted us with a smile. One of the best aspects of the room was the convenient amenities that were offered.
The overall condition of the room did not meet our expectations. We had issues with the room's exhaust fan and water geyser, which led to a less than ideal stay.

The hotel was in a convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk from several shops and restaurants. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, with fresh sheets and towels. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service during my stay.
The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, which made it rather uncomfortable during the night, and the bathroom had some issues with the hot water supply. Despite my complaints, the issues were not resolved during my stay, which was rather disappointing.
